"We breezed through immigration and custom and got through them in under an hour. Our driver reasonably assumed that or would take longer so we waited about 10 minutes. But the driver was polite and called to let us know he was on his way.
Also apparently the car we ordered would have been tight for 3 people with luggage so he called the day before and suggested that we order a larger car for a little more money. We did and it was a good suggestion. "
